1.3 Regulatory Compliance

1.4 Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian request services on their behalf.
1.5 Service Requests and Confirmation
Submitting a transportation request does not guarantee service. A request becomes confirmed only after acknowledgment by the Company.
We reserve the right to decline service for:
Safety concerns
Incomplete information
Regulatory restrictions
Non-payment
Abusive or unlawful conduct
1.6 Fees, Payment & Cancellations
All fees will be disclosed prior to confirmation of service.
Cancellations may be subject to fees as disclosed at booking. Failure to cancel within the stated notice period may result in a no-show fee.
Under Massachusetts law, consumers are entitled to transparent pricing and fair business practices.
1.7 Passenger Conduct
Passengers must:
Comply with driver safety instructions
Use seatbelts and secure mobility devices
Refrain from abusive, violent, or unlawful behavior
We reserve the right to terminate service for safety violations.
